BBQ

Last week the girls got together

for a little BBQ Dinner.

We were all assigned to

bring a part of the dinner.

I was so excited and asked

if I could please bring a main part to 

prove to my friends that

I really can cook!

My friends all know that

about all I can make

is Mac N' Cheese

and Top Romen.

Since I am going to have kids,

I need to be a good mom and learn how to cook

more than the basics.

I got put in charge of the salad!

I decided to bring a pasta salad with colored noodles,

olives, chopped pepperoni, and italian dressing.

I was nervous but it turned out pretty good!

My friends were surprised that I made it

all by myself and that I even cut up

the pepperonis on my own!

It was quite the accomplishment!

We all enjoyed our hamburgers,

pasta salad, fruit, chocolate covered strawberries,

chips & salsa, fruit pizza, and drinks!

We had a lovely confession session at dinner,

enjoyed hearing about the honeymoon,

then came inside and talked around the 

dining room table, moved it to the closet room,

then danced and sang around the kitchen!

It was such an unforgettable night!
