Update

I haven't really blogged about anything happening in my life lately so here's an update!! I have had a lot going on the past few months! There have been a lot of birthdays in the family, threw my parent's a surprise party for their 40th birthdays, I'm dating someone new :), and have spent lots of time with my girl friends!!

Taylor - January 6

Tay, you are such a funny kid. You are in your annoying/funny/ irritating stage of life but I love it! You have a quick come back to everything and its fun seeing you grow up! I love you and you'll always be my buddy, even when you beat me up!! Love you :)

Daddy - January 22

Dad I love you so much and you are always there for me! I don't know what I would do without you. You and I have such a great bond and I love you more than anything!!! Thanks for all you do (including getting rid of the losers I date)!! Love you Dad :)

Grandpa - February 3

Oh Mr.Grouch, thanks for being a great Grandpa! You let me come and crash at your house when I'm home alone and scared, when I'm hungry :), or just when I need to come talk!! You're the greatest! Oh and thanks for bringing me dinner last night while I was in bed sick!! That was so nice of you :)

Mom - February 4

Mom, I can't even begin to thank you enough. You are always there for me as well whenever I need anything. I can't go a single day without talking to you!! Thanks for being there for me especially when I call at 1 o'clock in the morning needing to talk! I love you more than anything Mom!!

Grammie - February 6

Gram, I love you so much. You are such a strong fighter and always have been, especially against this horrible disease. You have always been there for me throughout most of my life. I know the past several years have been difficult and you have been so brave and so strong. I love you and want you to travel home to our Heavenly Father so you can be released of all your pain. We'll see you again soon and be together for eternity!! I love you Grammie!!

Hayden - February 10

Buddy, I love you! I can't believe how fast you are growing up!! Haha you never fail to make me laugh! You are so good at all the things you do: football, basketball, beating me up, throwing mashed potatoes right in my face!! You're the best and I love you so much bud!!

The Surprise Party for my parents both turning 40 this year

was a success! It was a huge pain to pull off but I did it!!

Phewww!! I had been planning to throw my parents this party since November! So the first of January comes around and I'm

planning it when my mom decides to ask me to help her throw a party for her and my dad. So I agreed and took over everything. I made her and my dad fake invitations and sent everyone else the real ones! Then I worked things out with the caterer, close friends to help out, the slideshow, balloons, the cake, and who was going to get them out of the house! But everything worked out in the end and they were soooo surprised and had fun night!! I love you both so much Mom and Dad. You do sooo much for me that it was the least I could do to give back to you guys and I hope you enjoyed it!!

Girl's Nights!!

I love my girlfriends more than life itself!! I have an amazing group of girlfriends that each month I look forward to being with!! In January, we went to dinner at Rio Grande and then saw the movie Leap Year. Kin and I loved it so much that we fell asleep for half the movie!!

We missed Lizzie that night who unfortunately had to work :(

Then this month we went to dinner at Red Butte and went to Color Me Mine which turned into a confession session!! I love those, but I never have anything to really confess because these girls know everything about me anyways! We all talked, painted,

and ate Valentine's candy (thanks Aub)!! Then we decided to go get some yummy dessert from LA Tart!! I love this place and for all of you who have not been there, you need to go!! Aubree's cousin opened it up and he is also the guy I am dating :) (more to come on that one)!! So we went and hung out there for a little bit and then decided to go have a dance party in the parking lot. So high schoolish I know, but we needed it!! Then some girls had to go and Nicole, Erin, and I came home!! What a great night and I can't wait for the festivities coming up in the next few weeks! I love you girls!!

Ok now about the boy! He is so cute to me! I have been sick lately and he brought me over some soup the other day and took great care of me! Thanks to him I'm feeling much better!! He is sweet and always makes me laugh, even when he is making fun of me (which is well deserved most of the time) haha!! He is doing so well with LA Tart!! You all need to go in and try it!! It's located at 2300 E. Murray Holladay Road. It's the best you'll ever have ;) haha
