Girl's Night

I know this post is a little late but I HAD to post about it! We had our girl's night at the beginning of this month and we went to dinner at TGI's and up to Kin's cabin/house in Midway! It is always so much fun spending time with these girls! We met at our house and packed up the car with all of our stuff and then headed to dinner. Dinner was FULL of interesting stories haha from boy gossip (of course) to scary ghost stories that had been going on at our house!! Then we made our way, all in the same car, up to the cabin/house. We call it a "cabin/house" because its up in the mountains but its really just a huge nice house!! So I drove, very carefully of course because I had all of my very best friends in the car, and yes, we made it safely! When we walked into the house it was SOOOO COOOOLD! The heater had been turned off before we got up there and I can't even explain how cold it was. We were all bundled up in our coats huddled around the fire to stay warm. Then I surprisingly found out if you danced around in a lot less clothing it really wasn't that cold haha which then led to our fabulous dance party! Dancing all around from the couches to the fireplace ledge with water bottles in hand led to a very unforgettable night! Also, I was kind of creeped out by the house and made the girls check in every closet and make sure no freak murderer had been hiding out haha. I know, I'm a scaredy cat but I have good friends to check them for me. So while I continued to dance around the other girls made and frosted sugar cookies. And after dancing around so much and for so long my stomach finally gave out and started cramping up so I crashed on the couch. I listened to the girls tell their stories and Lizzie & Brookie whipped out and snuggled up in their Snuggies! I will admit, I want one! Then we decided it was time for bed and Aubree, Brooke, and Kin slept in the huge bed while Erin, Nicole, Lizzie, and I slept out in the living room and watched Bride Wars! I refused to go to bed until we played a prank on the girls in the bedroom haha. Since we couldn't find anything too crazy to do, we took this stuffed lion head that hung on the wall and shoved it in the top of my hood and cinched it shut! haha So I went crawling over to their door and scratched on the door and then opened it and crawled to the end of their bed. They found it more funny than scary which was just as good! Then we talked and finally fell asleep at around 4am and ended up waking up in the morning to the sounds of the house cracking. It was SO loud and crazy! When we all woke up we cleaned up and went to breakfast at The Hub in Heber. Talk about good breakfast food...blah!! Lizzie ordered biscuits and gravy but instead of sausage bits, it was hot dog bits! Hahaha it was so funny/gross! We were the total outcasts at the restaurant since it was like a locals place and everyone kept staring at us and talking about us haha! Then we made our way back to our house and then a few of us went to Fashion Place Mall to do some shopping. I am so grateful for the friends I have. I could not ask for better friends! You girls are the best and I love you!!
